The Kościuszko Manor House is perfect for motorists, especially those who are in search of somewhere elegant to spend the night while passing through Kraków. It is close to the ring-road, so there is no need to end up snarled up in the city’s traffic-jams. This is not the only reason to visit the Kościuszko Manor House, however – every detail of the manor-house is designed with comfort in mind, while remaining in keeping with the style traditionally associated with the term “manor”. This includes a very warm welcome that every guest receives. The Polish expression “Guest in the house – God in the house” can to my mind when I arrived at the Kościuszko Manor House, as staff greeted me with a warm smile that could not have been anything other than genuine.

The rooms are nothing like your average hotel room; each one has a different character, which makes selecting a room an almost impossible task when browsing the hotel’s website. Every room is elegant yet comfortable, and the attention to the décor is impeccable – it is clear that time and effort has been invested in selecting the right furniture. The same attention to detail is also applied to the cuisine served in the hotel’s restaurant – the cuisine is some of the finest in Kraków, in my opinion.
